I can't seem to find the css that affects the user fields (not input).

Here's a screenshot of what I'm looking to edit:

How do I edit the "Search Titles Only" "At Least" "Any Date" "and Newer" and etc. ?

Goto your Style's main CSS.
goto object

select

and you can increase decrease font size there.

I'm at Main CSS, but I don't see a "object".
