Well I've searched for it and couldn't find it, either because I'm new here or because it doesn't exist.
If it does exist, then please excuse my ignorance.

But what I am looking for is following;
When members register there is a required field "Nationality" and in their profilebit (when they post) the nation's flag is next to their Username.
