How to remove img alt="" height="1" width="1" in Google RSS

OK, I searched everywhere and I still can't find the fix for this....

I have a Google Feed that posts into a Forum. Problem is every forum post has this useless Google code in it - Example Link

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for any and all help!
