notice here, sub forums are displayed in 2 columns, side by side

notice here, sub forums are also displayed in 2 columns, side by side.

now see here, sub forums are displayed from left to right, not in columns.

my question is...

is this a style issue or is this something i can change in the VB admin control panel?

i tried every option i could find and have still yet to figure it out.

Are there supposed to be images in your post cuz I don't see any (so I have no idea what you are talking about).
