Email Notification for Social Networking

Anyone know if there's a plugin or something that would send an email notification to members when someone interacts through the social networking features of the new vB?

In other words, let's say someone checks out your profile. It would be nice if we could configure the board to send an email to the person letting them know someone has looked at it. Someone posts a picture or a message on your profile - same thing. (Of course the members can choose to turn on and off the various notifications).

The point being - these features are pretty useless unless they bring traffic back to the site. One reason facebook is so successful is because everytime anybody does anything all their friends get an email - constantly drawing them back to the site.

So I see these new vB social networking features pretty useless in terms of their ability to attract people back to the site if it can't be set up to send email notifications for just about every event that could occur.

Few people on my site use these new features - but I noticed a lot of people do look at other people's profiles. I think that would be a great place to start getting people hooked into them - if we could send an email every time someone checked out someone's profile.
