Database error while registering

Recently my site is facing a database error while registering.

I mean when anyone tries to register, it gives them a database error.You can check it yourself here .

I am completely blank on its cause and prevention ... please help

It looks like your humanverify table crashed. Go to your Admin CP > Maintenance > Repair & Optimize > select the table and hit Repair and Optimize at the bottom
