Passing Title Information

Hello,
Is there a way to use the newthread.php but pass a title to it? I want to allow my users to hit a "Thread It!" button under each album picture that will allow a user to create a thread about the album they are viewing. But I will want the title to be automatically passed to it, i.e. "Re: Album Pic #32".

Thanks
Robert
