i would like to know how to add a button by like these

Edit, Quote, ect..

how can i add a button beside that of my own with a link for it? please and thanks =)

You don't want to use a link, it gets terrible!

What are you going on about?

On topic: Edit the postbit(_legacy) template, you should find the HTML for those buttons somewhere. Simply add your own HTML for you button near there.
