Is there a way to add pages and change the navigation bar?
I would want to remove links like "Members List", "New Posts", & "Quick Links" and add my own pages.
Would I be able to do this all with vBulletin or would I have to setup a website?

You can adjust the navbar to your liking with just a few edits.

This is possible by editing just one template.
