How to change the post order in a treat? The latest posts are at the top of the page ?

admincp --> forum manager --> Default Sort Order --> ascending/decending

usercp --> edit option --> Thread Display Mode --> linear oldest/newest first

No, the options snakes has said are for posts inside threads. It is threads, not treats.
