need more info on Usergroups ...

after a long search for this i didnt find anything ... hence i need an answer to this ...

when a new secondary user Rank is added to a usergroup which already has a primary usergroup rank the ranks are listed in the Descending order vertically by the user ID#

if an admin has a secondary rank then its displayed as

Secondary usergroup (whos ID# is 30)
Primary usergroup (whos ID# is 6)

what i need is a way to adjust this to an ascending way so that ID# 6 comes before ID#30
