in userprofile . in the image below the field that I select is visible in firefox , but not in internet explorer. how can I solve this?

It seems lots of the images are missing. Right click on the red Xs and select properties, it will tell you approximately where the images should be uploaded to.

you didnt get me . you can see the difference in menu's in 2 images.
they are all text and css menus.
not about images.
