Not letting users play

Members cannot play the games and its displaying
The administrator has disabled playing games for your usergroup.
All the groups are available to view & play exept,
Unregistered / Not Logged In, Banned

try to change the usegroup-settings for "registered" to "no play" and back to "can play" ... ?

If a username has a space within it users can't play, for example.

Blue Fin221 can't play but Blue-Fin221 can.
