how to increase CSS Selector: .tcat category size

I am using an image as my background and I can only get it to get bigger when I increase the actual text. I am new at this design stuff so could someone tell me how to make the background image bigger without having to increase the text ?

Try adding

height:XXpx;

To the text-area box for that selector. Change XX to the height in pixels.
