How do I remove this bar? (Not sure what its called)

How do I remove the bar in the picture that says "Another Test." in bold and has a little picture of a paper next to it? The one that is just above the body of the post and below the user name and avatar? Is there a way to remove it? Does anyone know? I would just like the post to be right under the username and avatar bar. The bar with the little paper is just a waste of space in my opinion and would like it gone.

Another question, would removing that bar effect the signature bar? Ever since I removed that bar signatures arent coming up??

No, it shouldn't affect signatures.

Check in your UserCP to make sure you have still enabled the viewing of signatures.
