Paid subscription ( need help )

ok, i have set my forum so you can buy , v.i.p, i have also set the usergroup then i added the user group to the paid subscription, i just opened my forum 2 days ago and 2 day we had our first person buy v.i.p, but i recieved payment but his account didnt auto set to the vip.??

how do i make it so it will auto set to the user group once payment is recieved.
