Default Choosing Usergroups
Is it possible for a member to be able to choose between a few usergroups, but only after a certain number of points? example:

At 0 posts they must be "New User", but after reaching 100 they can choose "group1" or "group2. Then at 200 posts they can choose "group3" or "group4", and so on?
