Photo Album last comment made to show up first

Hi,
I am using the VBImage photo feature that comes standard with 3.7 version. When I click on "All Albums" link, I see the album of a member who has last added a photo on the top. Can I change this behavior such that I see the member who has received the last comment by another member on the top?
