My board has a forums that is not viewable/accessible to all members, but only to Admin and SuperMod.
I have setted to yes the display online users in forum.

The problem is that in the home page, in the private forum are displayed usually more users then what they should be. Ex: STAFF AREA (10 users online)

The forum permits are all set to NO for all the groups of course (beside admin and supermod), and I'm sure no one can access this area, I tried with account belonging to all the other groups. The forum setting "including post in search" is set to NO also.
If I enable the display users in forum, I can see who should be in this private forum, and clicking on the names they result like "searching the forum".

Any solution to this mistake in display online users?

It seems like the users that click on "new messages" appear to be in the private forum.
Even if the private forum setting "including post in search" is set to NO.

any help from the staff?
