[FiXeD] none hacks show up! [path/includes/init.php error]

Alright so i copied my sql database from OLD host and put it on new host now NO plugins [hacks] work!

and it shows this error in old host site works really gr8 like a charm

Fixed - It was because of the hack - Latest Admin Actions
