IM Character Limit

How do I extend the character limit used on the IM Contact info?
My AIM id consists of a 21 character name (my email)
but the 20 character limit doesnt fully display my contact info in the profile.
my-name@my-email.name
my-name@my-email.nam <- last character missing
^^ the character limit cuts off the last letter

You will need to change the column in the user table to hold larger values, you can do this with a tool like phpMyAdmin.
