Is there a low-fi version of vBulletin available kind of like what invision has with no graphics?

I'd like to be able to give my forums members an option of a low-fi version or the full version with graphics and images.

Ofcourse there is.
Scroll down to bottom of your forum. you'll find 'Archive' link thats lo-fi

Oh, there are light styles for mobile usage that may fit this, so I'll just find some examples.
