How to add to fetch_foruminfo() array

Can anyone help me by telling me how I can add to the fetch_userinfo() return array? I added a field into the forum DB table, now I need to display that data via $foruminfo in the forumdisplay template ....

Most fetch_* (fetch_userinfo, fetch_foruminfo e.t.c.) will automatically return all fields from the table. So it should be present in [minicode]$foruminfo[/minicode], have you tried [minicode]$foruminfo[xxxxxx][/minicode] (xxxxxx - being the field name).
