Is there a way to ban users that sign up under one particular name?

I have a Chinese Spammer that keeps signing up under the name "Array", and I want to auto ban him.

Edit: Sorry, I need to be more specific. I have my users required to input their real name, and he always puts in Array as his real name. He signs up under numerous usernames, and emails. I even have email confirmations on, and he is still doing it.
