How to get custom avatar n signature?

Hi,

I want a custom avatar n signature for new users who do nt have any avatar n signature.Right now in place of Avatar they have a link sayin "members avatar" n wen clicked shows error in Link.IS dere any mod or do i need to edit template for it ?

I think there is no way to set automatic signature.

Sounds pretty straight forward.

Goto User CP in your forum, and edit signature.

Add image there.
