Images as User Ranks

Okay, so i have the following groups on my forum;

Administrator
FM Staff
Member
VIP Members
Banned

I want to put images as their user ranks instead of having 'Registered User' etc...

So i put

 <img src="http://img363.imageshack.us/img363/6779/83569036wx3.gif">

in the box 'User Title' on the usergroup page but as you can see in this post the image isn't coming up:

Can anyone give me step-by-step instructions on how to do this?

ACP> User Ranks > Add new User.
Did that not work..? should add to whichever group you want to add to.
