The one you need and is set as part of the xml is located in the misc folder. It's called PurpleGlass1.png.

The rest are located in the gradient folder. Which should be in the zip file. But apparently isn't...good catch. Thank you.

Not in this particular set up because of the side menu. I could make a fluid one but the side menu would be missing.
