Is it possible to stop certain words/phrases from appearing in my RSS feeds?

I have an RSS feed posting to a dedicated forum every 12 hours, but I want to remove a certain phrase from being posted within the post - is this possible?

You COULD just ban the word globally, but I don't think you want this.

You could do a phrase replace in the external hook too but you would need to turn off the external caching for it to work.
