just wondering about the prices and stuff, how much do most people charge?

I usually pay $250-$750 depending on how complex/unique the skin is.
Skins can easily go over $1,000 if you hire a professional to do it. |

But that does not account for the off-the-shelf skins that you can get from 20-50 bucks, also. There are many sites that you can get them a lot cheaper. A really good and unique one can cost a lot more. Depends on your needs and available resources.

Check out some of the skins on here. A lot of the authors have their own sites for skins and use the org as a recruiting grounds for customers.
