convert tags

quite recently l upgraded to 3.7.* we also used the zoints tags modification and since vb contained its own tags mod we decided to use it not noticing (as we forgot to check because the upgrade job just wasnt one forum and wasnt just one mod we were upgrading) that the converttags.php we used was pretty much put in the boneyard the moment l said it didnt work

basically clicking on or searching tags works well enough, its the moment you see the tags, only page numbers go anywhere they are supposed to, and if by chance you find a topic with just a title youll get sent to the forum index!! now lve been trying to contemplate how to fix this and l wouldnt have change over to the new tags system if l had know about this issue but its too late now, l was hoping someone had come up with a fix so l could use the tags as they were intended to be used.

finally located the issue, however the problem is that its related to zoints seo url rewriting, is there a way to exclude scripts from url rewriting?

l have like 4 times in a row, just trying to find a solution.. altho l might not have completely gone the correct way about it.
