I'm trying to make sub forums like the ones on RageZone (Scroll down)

http://forum.ragezone.com/index.php

When I do this on my forums, it doesn't appear like that. Is there a certain mod or option I need to install/edit?

Now how do I get all these boards (Top Stories, U.S, etc) to not appear but appear when you click on CNN?
