My forums recently got messed up and I had to reinstall them and I don't want to have to restore all the forums and categorys. Which table contains the information I need to restore them?

You can not just restore certain tables, there is multiple tables wbere data is stored.

you can use the impex tool available in vBulletin.com/members area to restore certain sections properly
