yes, if you're an Admin you can set the user titles directly into the user management

i know,
but i was thinking more about making 1 title changeable for the user\mod and 1 title he gets because he is one of the staff and cannot change it |

uhm ... maybe you can make a new user group, put this UG like 'secondary UG' to those users and also you can choose to allow to the users (if they want) change the title ...

making this a problem because every staff member has other titles
and every mod has other forums he runs

I remember have a secondary user title in the past. Do a search for staff titles and you should be able to find something.
