With this Addons You Can Create And Manage A Redirect Image

Screen Shoots will be clearly

Installation:
* Import XML via Products
* Goto vBulletion Options and set the plugin active and Choose Redirect Image URl
* Click Installed ...

Can I suggest that you cache the template ''STANDARD_REDIRECT_with_image'

I added the following plugin to my forums manually.

Product - Redirect Loading Image

Hook Location - cache_templates

Title - cache templates

Plugin PHP Code - $globaltemplates[] =  'STANDARD_REDIRECT_with_image';

I'll upload the product for you to use if you prefer.
