I used the same code for SMF, but my script will not work on vB properly without breaking the template.

The theme can be seen here: http://www.adminfuel.com/compare.php

As you can see, the footer slips up into the rest of the page.

What could be wrong?

I can't see your problem. I think you should revert footer template.Try now!
