Not sure what the problem is. First, it took forever to get any sort of page - so that is one problem. But, when I did get a page, it was a blank page. See this about blank pages: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages

As the error states "warning: file_get_contents(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration" you need to have this enabled in php.ini:

allow_url_fopen=on
allow_url_include=on

Have you spoke to your server admin or host about this issue?
