Request: User Giveaway Mod

I am looking for a mod that will allow me to have user giveaways for forum member who meet certain requirements.

For instance, if our forum has more donations in a month thatn it typically gets i might want to Giveaway an Amazon gift card to a random person who donated.

I envision getting this done by adding people to a special Giveaway User group as well their normal group when they meat a certain requirement. I dont mind doing this manually. When the month , or designated time period is over, I enter in X of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th. And click a randomize button. The program returns the 1-x Prize winners. Then removes everyone from that usergroup to start over.

I can envision many little tidbits as well.

A message in the Postbit listing the winners # and date.
A History page showing winners and prizes from X to x dates.
An item in postbit that shows eligible giveaway members for next giveaway.

I believe this may be useful for anyone who has community sites. Giveaways can be real, or points or whatever we type in.

No interest here? This definitely hasnt been done, i dont think. Might be a pretty useful mod.
