Linking to one Paid Subscription only

Hello!

Is it possible to Link to one Paid Subscripton only and not to /payments.ph with ALL the Subscriptions?

I want to have Link1, Link2 and Link 2 in my Navbar and every Link goes to a differnet Paid Subscription.
