Extreme finetuning of ACP Access Permissions

Hello,

I was wondering if anybody could cobble together a modification for allowing or disallowing various sections of the Admin Control Panel. Like I want some members to be able to view the Users block without them seeing the Usergroups, User ranks, user reputation blocks. COuld somebody dp this for me?
