Hey there...

I wondered if you could help me... i thought it would be a good idea to show a user recently searched for items when they click the contact-us link... a bit like a support ticket system, would save time as admin for sure

any ideas?

A lot of sites don't allow guests to search so that wouldn't help them. Since the search table is cleaned hourly, no much sense in doing it for that reason either.
