Recaptcha Not Working

I am one of those people who downloaded vb 3.7.1 before the Recaptcha problem was fixed. After it was fixed, I downloaded the new version of 3.7.1, but Recpatcha still does not work for my forums.

I am dealing with a very belligerent person at vBulletin (Steve Machol and sidekicks) who is unwilling to deal with this problem, locking threads to prevent discussion about it and does not respond in vBulletin support even after I complied with all his generic requests, so I am left with waiting for 3.7.2 to come out and hopefully I will get the properly updated file at that time.

The specific file affected is class_vurl.php as noted here,

My file date each time I download: 2008-05-27 17:41:29 -0500 (Tue, 27 May 2008)

Steve Machol's file date is dated after the announcement: The file date is May 27, 2008 20:15.

The date of the announcement: Tue 27th May '08, 7:13pm

I seem to be getting the old file that hasn't been fixed.

Its as though for those who did downloaded 3.7.1 before the fix are not receiving the new updated class_vurl.php file.

As well, someone emailed me and said they are having the exact same problem.

It's unfortunate I am dealing with some hard heads at vBulletin support who are unwilling to do anything about this. I think customer service is slipping being the #1 forums provider on the Internet.

I am throwing out a wild guess, but I think the problem is that you need php5, but Steve at vBulletin support never said that could be the problem.
