Ive got a big problem here. I am unable to get into my admin panel anymore!! I click admin, login, and it says "thank you for logging in", then it just goes right back to the page where you enter your username/password o_O. I think the last setting i changed was in Cookies and HTTP settings or whatever, and i changed the place where the cookies are saved to from / to /forum/. Im not sure if this has anything to do with the problem, but it might. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Upload tools.php from the do_not_upload folder of the vBulletin ZIP archive. Follow the on screen instructions and it should enable to reset these settings.
