Give reputation in postbit without clicking first the reputation icon

i want to make people can give reputation in postbit without clicking first the reputation icon?

this is example in phpbb in red line, they can give reputation without clicking the reputation icon/link first

why in vbulletin we must click reputation icon/link first, its not easy and simple for some people
