New Posting Features - Users on ignore list cannot reply to thread

If a user is on the thread starters ignore list, that user cannot reply to the thread, or quickreply. This of course is bypassed by moderators and admins.

Really, that is all there is to it.

Install the product file via the admincp and you are all set.

This is an awsome product. It's a common problem i have on my boards and I always thought ignore list banned from threads.
Thats what I used to tell my users to do anyway when they complained about abusive postings lol and now it will happen
