Adding a donation link to every page?

Hi,

I'd like to add a donation link to the top of every page in the empty area above the navbar.

Can someone please tell me which template I need and where abouts I should add my code please?

you have any .. donation mod installed ??

style and templates > NAVBAR

if you have any mod installed tel me i can provide you whole code..
