When I uninstall an addon, I still get the menu on the left admin cp navigation. Things like "Help Centre" I do not want/need any more but the drop down menu is still there. This was the same when I uninstalled and removed vBadvanced.

Does anyone know what could be the problem, or how to remove them?

You will also need to remove all files that you have uploaded for this modification, especially the files in ./includes/xml.
