Drop-down Problem!

Ok, ALL my dropdown lists.. lets say for example, ''quicklinks''

#I click on it, and the drop down menu with the contents inside, come half way down the page. so if i click the drop down on the top toolbar of the forum, i have to scroll all the way down just to see it, and i'm sure i edited a template wrong, because it wasnt like that before i installed a couple of mods.

Does anyone have any ideas what template i need to edit to get the drop down menu back to its original place?
