display options template

In forum display template there should be a way to change the look of the table where it says "Display Options" near the bottom of the forum. Obviously its the part of the forum where one can sort threads in different ways.

I can't seem to find the file to edit that part of the template..any help would be appreciated. I have looked inside the forum display template..

Go to vboptions > General Settings > Add Template Name in HTML Comments > set to Yes . Then go back to your page and view the source code and you will see the name of the template called around your part of the code.

It's in there (In the FORUMDISPLAY template). Look for the comment "<!-- Active Users in this Forum (and sub-forums) and Moderators -->". The table holding the sorting options looks like
