Mod to automatically add URLs to keywords in posts?

Does anyone know if there's a mod to automatically plug in HTML links in text or phrases as the in posts?

For example, if "peanut butter" was a keyword and someone wrote "I like peanut butter sandwiches." The program would automatically plug in a link to the word peanut butter.
