Skin Issue - possible code problem

have now created a new domain and done a fresh install of vbulletin 3.7 with vbadvanced 3.01

The skin Iam using is working fine on the forum at http://www.xboxformat.com/forum however on the homepage at http://www.xboxformat.com the skin is not showing one image on the title menu for the modules

I have used the code below which worked successfully on the older vbulletin and vbadvnced but is no longer working

I have used the tools provided by both vbadvnced and another tool provided by exlatic to update the image paths, but to no avail.

I fail to see any code difference on the homepage. Be sure you're editing the right template.
